Account and dealer application information: name, business name, business address, email address, phone number, tax/resale identification, and other information submitted when registering for a dealer or customer account or applying to become an authorized dealer.
Order information: billing and shipping address, items purchased, order history, and related transaction details.
Payment information: payment card or other payment details, processed through our third-party payment processor(s). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Communications: information you provide when you contact us via our contact form, email, or phone, including the content of your message.
Newsletter and marketing sign-up: your email address and any preferences provided when subscribing.
Content you post: reviews, testimonials, blog comments, or other content you submit to the Site.

b. Information Collected Automatically

Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and timestamps.
Cookies and similar technologies: used to operate the shopping cart and wishlist features, remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and analyze Site traffic (see Section 4).

2. Text Messaging (SMS) Program

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from So-Brite (for example, order and shipping updates, dealer promotions, or account notifications), you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and/or transactional text messages at the number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may request help by replying HELP, or by contacting us using the information in Section 12.
Mobile opt-in information and consent (including your phone number and consent status collected for SMS purposes) will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes. This information is used solely to operate our text messaging program and is shared only with service providers (such as our SMS/text messaging platform and telecom carriers) who help us deliver these messages.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Create and manage dealer and customer accounts, including verifying dealer status and displaying dealer-specific pricing.
Process, fulfill, and ship orders, and communicate with you about your orders (including through our order tracking feature).
Process payments and prevent fraudulent transactions.

Send requested newsletters, product updates, and promotional communications, where you have opted in.
Maintain, improve, and secure the Site, and understand how visitors use it.
